The Jubilee bespoke gate is an unusually attractive made-to-measure gate with detailed chamfering to stiles and the top bar.
This quality made-to-measure gate is created using modern technology as well as traditional joinery skills. The gate has strong mortice & tenon construction and a planed finish. Additionally, the Jubilee has a heavy-duty bottom rail as standard. Water runoff features help extend the life of the gates. These features encourage the water to run off as well as impede water ingress. The gates are also supplied and treated with two coats of preservative. All gates must be treated with a Modern UV wood oil prior to installation.
Made in Britain, the Jubilee driveway gate is manufactured using ethically sourced joinery grade Iroko.

Wooden gates are a natural product responding to the conditions that they are in, especially heat and humidity. In hot weather, wooden gates can twist especially if one side of the gate receives more sunlight than the other. Wood is a hygroscopic material, which means it naturally absorbs and gives off water to balance out with its surrounding environment. Twisting is likely to be caused by one side drying out more quickly than the other. It is also quite common for small splits (shakes & checks) to occur during drying. This is nature at work and should NOT be considered a fault. This is not normally detrimental to the gate's stability & structure and should rectify as temperatures cool.

We usually deliver your goods to the kerbside or a driveway entrance. The delivery vehicles can be heavy lorries that can damage private driveways by cracking paving slabs or lightweight drain covers etc. Goods are delivered off the sides of the vehicle only and the buyer should ensure that adequate means for unloading goods are available. For Health and Safety reasons goods cannot be moved over a long distance by Challenge Fencing Employees.
We strive to carry out our deliveries Monday - Friday, between 8am - 4pm, except on UK Bank Holidays. This varies depending on things like traffic and other exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as the weather. Where possible we will contact you prior to us arriving with a delivery time window. For further details of our delivery service please read our Terms & Conditions of Sale & Purchasing
